Paul and Mark begin the process out in our fields. They have help from our new hired man, Mike and our Mexican amigos. Pat and Ron are also long-time helpers our in the berry patches and apple orchards.Inside the market Anne runs the show with lots of support from our bakers and fruit and veggie crew.Our stall at Cobourg Farmers Market is usually manned by Irra and other friendly staff. We get along well the whole bunch of us, we act a little bit like family, and have a good time while we work to serve you and we hope it shows!

Laser Creative is a custom design & production studio. We are a diverse group of artists and craftsmen who handmake all of our products one by one right here in our shop (a reclaimed & reconverted barn), nestled in the gently rolling hills of beautiful Kawarthas/Northumberland in Southern Ontario, Canada. We design & manufacture couture laser cut wedding invitations, custom marketing & promotional products, interior design elements, fashion accessories, and just about anything else that needs making. We prefer to work with organic materials like wood, veneer, artisan paper, card stock, fabric, felt, leather and sometimes acrylic

Gina was born and raised on a farm in the City of Kawartha Lakes. She attended high school at L.C.V.I in Lindsay. Gina graduated from Cambrian College with a diploma in administration. Gina has one child, Gavin. She currently lives in the City of Kawartha
