I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.

This clinic has very incompetent receptionist. First I got a call that I have an appointment on the day at 10:30am. I went to the clinic, then she says my appointment was Wednesday, and then says it is Friday. I was angry that I went there expecting my appointment as per the phone call I received and then she says it is not today. She did not even apologize and says it was not her...

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.
