I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

A very honest garage. My Honda air conditioner stopped working. Paul Carter Auto, using their sophisticated analyzer, diagnosed and replaced the burnt out relay. Total cost - under $60 including parts.
