While we have changed our name, our history and experience as Niagara Bronze allows us to provide a wide range of services and products to our customers. Companies all over Canada and the United States choose CSC for their stainless steel and copper-based alloys needs. We have the capacity to pour castings in the range of 1 oz to 9,000 lbs. Soon, we will have the ability to produce castings upwards of 15,000 pounds net cast weight. PenalloyWC Cast Tungsten Carbide Wear Plates. Matrix of tungsten carbide is integral with the base metal. Tungsten carbide granules cast into wear surfaces up to 3 cm thick. Applications include wear plates, pulveriser mill rolls and table segments. Industries served include power generation, cement, mining and others. Static cast using high chrome iron alloys for wear surfaces.
