Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

I am very pleased with this service as I am unable to leave home easily because of mobility issues. Andrea the physio is well versed and experienced in physiotherapy. She is always prompt and professional. She phones to remind me of appointments and just to see how I am doing. I am very appreciative of her attitude.
