Gerry Troesch Residential Design was started in 2004 to offer my services as a residential designer and draftsperson to contractors and homeowners in Victoria and on Vancouver Island.I graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1976 - with a diploma in Architectural Technology. I started my work career with Nelson Manufactured Homes in Lloydminster Alberta, then two years later moved to Saskatoon Saskatchewan, and worked designing homes, and managing projects with a residential developer/builder there for nine years. In 1987 I moved to Vancouver and worked for Select Home Designs, then Parklane Homes, one of British Columbia's largest builders of single family homes.
