Phoned and Terry came to assess the problem the following day. Terry is professional and courteous as well as his wife Zeeta. Both are a pleasure to deal with. Top in customer service. I prefer to shop at Dj Depot. The staff are professionals in this field. The know their craft and are able communicate effectively. These pros can explain in detail or trouble shoot over the phone. They always converse without attitude nor are they overly technical so i never feel stupid when onsite. Ive have been acquiring my equipment from Dj Depot since 1993 and I have no complaints.
