Each of these programs maintains a strong focus with four key areas for both employees and participants: Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity.BelongingIn all WASAC programs, we strive to create an environment where participants and leaders feel welcomed. Every person who is involved in our programs receives a shirt with the program name stamped on the front. This is to show them that they are part of a team.MasteryEveryone feels proud when they look at themselves knowing that they have talent. WASAC programs are designed to provide workshops for both participants and leaders. Youth mentorship plays a big role in our organization and we go above and beyond to remove barriers for people to notice their talents.
