Vision Nursing Home is a one hundred and forty six (146) bed long term care home with one hundred and thirty(132) permanent placement beds,one (2) male and one (2) female short stay (respite) bed and ten (10) Convalescent Care beds . The home is centrally located in the city of Sarnia, in Southwestern Ontario at 229 Wellington Street. The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care awarded us with thirty six (36) expansion beds to our home which was completed in April 2013. Vision Nursing Home is licensed through the Ministry of Health Long Term Care and accredited through the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation. The Nursing Home is a member of the Ontario Long Term Care Association. The home has strong community alliances with other care service providers. Our Rest Home is a member of Ontario Residential Association (ORCA).
