I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. when we got there last year with our new trailer there had been a heavy rain and t storm our site was a wash out ,went to office and they had a backhoe and a few buckets of gravel and we had driest and levelest camp in camp ground now that's called customer service and that's a fact jack
