He immediately saw the problem that was causing the slow drainage. The plumbing was not done correctly for the first owners. He fixed the leaking sink that day and scheduled the replacement plumbing in the basement a couple of days later when he was free. The bill for that was a couple of hundred less than his estimate

Friendly Owner. Respectful. Clean work and efficient. Was able book an appointment relatively quick to have my old water tank removed and a new one installed (2 days). Quick to reply to VM. Price was average. I could have gone with a quote 200 dollars less than what I paid but the positive friendly conversation when I first spoke to the owner, and the overall positive experience was what sold me. I will be using this company again in the future (hopefuly not anytime soon though! LOL)
