Bumble & Hive is a Play Centre/ Play Cafe that caters to children 0-6 years old and their parents, caregivers or grandparents. We are located in downtown Victoria in the heart of the Hudson District and inside the unique and vibrant Victoria Public Market. We are not a child-minding facility, which means that parents or guardians must remain in the facility with their child/children. Our Centre is made up of a 750 square foot of West Coast-themed playspace, designed for children 0-6 years and a self-serve cafe where we have coffee, tea, juice and light snacks available to our customers for purchase. We welcome Market food/Hudson District food to be taken in and eaten in our facility as long as it does not contain nuts. We do not allow food from home, however, customers may eat a packaged meal from home on one of the picnic tables in the common market. We also have a small retail space featuring a few items for sale from local designers/artisans.

Freedom ChildCare Centre in Victoria provides a safe, secure environment for toddlers and pre-school children. We are a CCFR Participant offering full time daycare for children aged from 16 months through to school age, with services including such things as diapers and wipes, early childhood scholastic learning, structured playtime and more.
