I have lived in a Mainstreet suite for 21 years now. There have been ups and downs for pest control, and security but overall my building is good. Maintenance fellow is awesome. The only "gripe" I have is snow removal. My building is configured to where the front door is off the parking lot, a ways from the sidewalk, and often the snow removal crew does not clear, at the very least, a pathway from the front door to the sidewalk.
