I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. I've been a patient at this office for over 15 years and just have to say how much I appreciate these dentists. My husband who was not a patient before but is certainly going back after such great care, was in extreme pain. I noticed that the motor oil in a car I purchased recently, though clean, had been overfilled. That can be bad for an engine, so I decided to get the oil changed right away and minimize the chances of any damage occurring. I was pleasantly surprised when the technicians informed me that the oil really didn't need changing (which I knew) and then offered to just drain a little - free of charge - so that the level could get to within its proper range. Great service!
