Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good!

11/10 i had the poutine and it was so good, some of the best that I've had in years, the chicken tenders are perfect and the chicken balls are amazing too, the staff make you feel like part of the family! I genuinely have nothing to complain about, i love it here.

The biggest problem with the lunch buffet was the cooks inability to keep up. We had to wait almost an hour for chicken to appear on the buffet and when it finally did there was a mad rush in the restaurant to get it and it was ridiculously greasy. There was not a very good variety overall on the buffet. The rice and noodles had chunks of ham in it which I did not like and found unneccesary. The only think I liked about this restaurant was the price. However the people I was with didn't even manage to get their seniors discount however because the cashier didn't speak good enough english.
