Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.

Just visited this reno'd restaurant. Had two orders of wings (1.5lbs for price of 1lb on Tuesdays) and some beer. GREAT wings, nice atmosphere ... very clean. Wings were hot, beer was cold. Prices reasonable. I will not go to other restaurants for wings again. This place is consistent, clean and in a good location.

The staff is always very pleasant. Every time I have visited, I've been delighted by the enthusiasm and attentiveness that the servers have paid to our meals (particularly when we ordered 16 separate orders of wings, and our server not only memorized our orders, but also who ordered what).
