Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!
