I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I shop at Walmart on Mcphillips,plus on Empress street. the staff takes care of me if in a hurry and must find a item ,they are there to sevre to you with a smile,I wouldn't shop nowhere else,to be honest that is where i always do my shopping Walmart IS THE BEST!!!
