Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. Saff is honest and excellent. The jobs are done on time and with great efficiency. I have a 2006 BMW, a little old and gradually, like me, is showing signs of aging but I love my car. So IO take it to Autogenics for some major work. The prices are reasonable and the work highly satisfactory.

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.
