I purchased several appliances from them in the last two years. They all work fine except that the freeze of the fridge, which I recently purchased, was not working. I contacted Peter, and he replaced the fridge with a working one as soon as could despite his super busy schedule. I am very happy with their services. This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.
