I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I bought a used mini-van from Sam. It needed a couple of issues fixed and he looked after them quite fast. He and his family that work at the dealership are very friendly and seem quite concerned about their sales. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sam.

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.
