This restaurant is so special to my wife and I that we make a point to go there every year on our anniversary. This year is our 25th and once again it was another top of the line experience! I never have to worry about the food. It is always excellent. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff gives you the impression that they are eager to serve and help. I love this place!

We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! Thanks to Austin and Katherine who did made the evening one of excellence!

Our server, Megan, was so great! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Food was great, but she made our meal. She explained all the covid procedures and was smiling and laughing behind her mask the whole time. That has gotta be tough on all the staff. So appreciated!
