Emerald Ash Borer in GeorginaThe Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) is a highly invasive insect that attacks, feeds on, and kills all species of healthy ash trees. EAB was first sighted in York Region in 2008, and is now found throughout the Region and much of southern Ontario. He developed his skills and taught Tae Kwon Do in the South Korean Military before establishing his own dojang (martial arts studio). Here, children and adults alike practiced and perfected martial arts techniques that existed in the country as part of the Korean culture for centuries. Grandmaster Cho opened his first dojang in Canada in Newmarket and recently moved it to Bradford. For the past 12 years, Grandmaster Cho has been teaching Canadians of all ages the disciplines of Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, and Hae Dong Kumdo, developing the mental and physical disciplines of these martial arts in a fun and exciting family-oriented environment.
