Grandmaster Cho has been teaching martial arts for more than 35 years. He developed his skills and taught Tae Kwon Do in the South Korean Military before establishing his own dojang (martial arts studio). Here, children and adults alike practiced and perfected martial arts techniques that existed in the country as part of the Korean culture for centuries. Grandmaster Cho opened his first dojang in Canada in Newmarket and recently moved it to Bradford. For the past 12 years, Grandmaster Cho has been teaching Canadians of all ages the disciplines of Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, and Hae Dong Kumdo, developing the mental and physical disciplines of these martial arts in a fun and exciting family-oriented environment.

Barbara Paull is a British trained physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, UK. She immigrated to Canada in 1967 and has concentrated upon orthopaedic physiotherapy practice and post-graduate education for over forty years. She is an active member of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. In 1985 Barbara left her position as Director of Physiotherapy at York County Hospital (now Southlake Regional Hospital) in Newmarket, to open this private clinic. Barbara has designed and established on-site clinics in local industries, where physiotherapists provide ergonomic consultations and care for injured workers. In 2000 Barbara received the OPA’s Recognition Award for outstanding achievements in Professional Contribution and, in 2005 the Award of Distinction from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
