I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle.
