Seattle and area played a big part in developing, and still influences the ever-changing Specialty coffee roasting and beverage market. Another factor that solidified the need to roast, not just coffee but specialty coffee, was meeting and learning from a Master Roaster. This Master Roaster's years of coffee roasting experience and dedication to coffee excellence sets a high standard to follow.Trevis Boyd, is in the good company of well trained staff who you will meet when you take a trip down to Dufferin Avenue and enter into the Black Pearl to explore its exotic contents.
