Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous. The Boulders Climbing Gym is a not-for-profit society in Central Saanich, BC, with the mandate of making climbing accessible for everyone, regardless of ability or ability to pay.
