Last friday it was games night at our place, turns out we didnt have any board games, so we went to Toys R Us, these guys have walls of board games, we picked up 3 games. Settlers of Catan, Risk & Monopoly, needless to say we are now the games capital of our friends. I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.
