Originally the cafe was created to be a "Pop Up Shop" serving products from Above and Beyond Cupcakes, however with its success of the cafe growing within the first few weeks of opening, after 4.5 years of business Above and Beyond Cupcakes business partners Ryan and Stacey decided to part ways. This created opportunity to bring on Ryan as the head baker/cake designer and Manager for The Main Cafe.
