The Gourmet Shop is a BAKERY, RESTAURANT, BREAKFAST SPOT, with home made PREPARED FOODS for Take-Out. We cater special occasssions, plus we have a RETAIL BOUTIQUE. BAKERY - we will be baking most items on site but will also partner with Le Bon Croissant to provide selection and high quality baked goods. PREPARED FOODS - we have been serving lunch to the community with a selection of salads, sandwiches and a SPECIAL OF THE DAY. In the fall, we will be preparing dinner and lunch options for take-a-way with the arrival of a 3 door refrigerator where customers can pick up prepared meals. RETAIL BOUTIQUE - we are expanding our retail boutique slowly but surely. We currently carry Barrie Olive Oil company, Where Angels Gather Tea 'n' Things, Clipper Coffee beans, and Nerpy's hot sauces. We have had requests for custom orders (6-12 cinnamon buns) and catering requests for BBQ's (large salads). We will try our best to accommodate so please call us and we can chat further.

The FlyBox was started as a hobby business in 1969 by Al Egerton who later sold it and then repurchased it in 1997. Since its debut it has changed hands four times and is presently owned and operated by Ron Shephard who has been in the fishing industry for 40 years plus. From collecting vintage tackle to buying and selling reel parts. Ron has put them all together to create The Fly And Tackle Box.
