Excellent all around customer service. Had an olympic plate holder that after 4 years fell apart due to a bad weld. Brought the part to the London store and next week back and good as new.
Got the 1/2 rack 4 years ago and just bought the lat attachment for it. Excellent investment. Guys were really helpful getting that thing to fit in my car.
Great equipment for the price, but you better check out every detail carefully. Price you pay for cheap, lol. Close to gym quality equipment. 5 stars!
