I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I have dealt with Ken and Dean at Stony TV for 20 plus years. I've always had a great experience. They are extremely knowledgable on the products and are more than willing to spend as much time as necessary with their customers to make sure they are making an informed decision when making a purchase. Anything I have ever bought was either on time or if it was on back order from the manufacturer, I was notified and offered alternatives.
