SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Excellent Customer service. I would highly recommend this company as the sales staff was very helpful to explain the features of each model to make an appropriate choice. I even got help to load the product into my car. I had an issue with the rangehood light that I noticed when installed. The company sent a technician at home to resolve the issue and the home visit charges were also weived

Our old refrigerator died. We decided to buy a large separate fridge/freezer. After doing some research online we stopped buy to compare prices and were very pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have the unit we wanted in stock, but the floor model was on sale. We saved 33% and they delivered the units within 7 days. Derek, the salesman that helped us, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this store/business.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!
