A T & H has been in business since 1987. We are a local, family owned and operated business. Our river sand has many other excellent uses other than fill: building play fields, golf courses, maintenance top dressing for lawns, etc. Our field of work has varied from construction, Federal Government projects, and road building to placement of aggregates/concrete and asphalt work. Having worked on many Western Canadian contracts, we have the expertise on the usage of various gravel from quarries and pits. We have mastered material compaction. Over the years we have succeeded in obtaining and maintaining a large client base in the lower mainland. Our clients range from construction companies, golf courses, landscapers and municipalities. AT&H prides itself on providing quality products and excellent service. Our facility is located just minutes from Maple Ridge; with the high cost of trucking our location cuts the cost and provides the materials needed in a timely manner.

Terra-Therma Drilling was founded in Kamloops, BC in March 2006. Since that time, we have grown to encompass a wide range of capabilities and expertise. Pairing with installers and engineers we are proud to have completed jobs ranging from small residential systems to commercial and industrial multi-unit systems. With our focus on quality and efficiency we have been exceeding clients’ expectations throughout the province. Greg Sleasman, owner-operator of Terra-Therma Drilling, is a licensed waterwell driller, certified by the Ministry of the Environment. He has over 10 years experience working with drill rigs in a variety of applications. He is also a member of the British Columbia Groundwater Association.
