Exceptional service, over the phone, and without any thought of charge! 2 days before Christmas and a warrantied stove became dysfunctional. Tried central service dispatch, but called Stittsville Home Appliances directly from YP, as they are an authorized rep. Mike solved my problem solved within 2 min. over the phone without hesitation. The first time I went in, I didn't have an appointment. They were able to take me right away. I had never gotten gel nails until just recently, so they explained to me what they were doing, how to care for the nails, and they were able to repair the 'bad' job I received before going there.
