Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I have had nothing but great service from the people at Johns Foam store. They had a custom mattress for us for only $50 more that the standard one. They put some cushioning on my husbands iWalk2 to cushion the plastic parts that dug in for the cost of the foam, even though it took 1/2 hour to get it cut and positioned on the brace. Super accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
