I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. We have not had car repair or tire purchases from this Canadian tire on Admirals until late 2016 . I was very pleased with the tires which were coopers for my truck the price was fair and it was done in a timely manner . I also had sensors put in my other trucks tires and it was done for 200.00 less than the dealer wanted. Now my warranties on our two newer vehicles is up I will be using Canadian tire on Admirals for all repairs and tire upgrades and or replacements.
