This company defines excellent customer service. They demonstrated consideration and care in providing service. My son needed to get to Slave Lake to pick up his vehicle which had been stolen. The company representative Bonnie assisted in coordinating the connection from the Edmonton airport to the Continental Inn connection. They were prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the event the cab ride from the airport was delayed. However, the service went beyond normal expectations in that Bonnie contacted myself to inform me that my son was successful in catching the bus to Slave Lake.
The customer care demonstrated a very high standard which is a rare find. Many thanks!
