I've been going to A Natural Alternative for over 15 years. I started treatments with Ann Starr for a shoulder injury and have never gone anywhere else. This is an amazing sweet shop in the heart of downtown! The staff is very friendly. The menu has a large selection. The prices are amazing. I always buy a bowl of ice cream with 3 scoops and i pay only 2.95 + taxes (It is Chapmans Icecream). ! Its an amazing shop you must go if you are in the area ! its on Macnab and Cannon on the corner so its a bit hidden behind Jackson Square Mall! I buy all my baking supplies at Bulk Barn in Brantford. I find the staff to be wonderful help in finding things and always with a greeting and a smile. I bake, decorate and make chocolates for Christmas and Easter and chocolate covered jujubes for other events. My husband says I go there twice a week but that is not true although I do admit I grace their doors very often. Right now I am looking for red licorice ropes, which they have, black licorice straps which I feel I may have a problem with.
