Woke up one morning sweating because my A/C was not working. I called Bill's because they installed a new furnace in my home last winter. Within 2 hours he called me and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Very fast turn around time! Bill came in found the issue and got a part from his truck and quickly fix it. Of all the McDonald's in Durham region, this one is the fastest. There can be 10 cars in line (drive through) and you're through with your order in just a few minutes. It never takes as long as the line up makes you think it will be. Always a smile at the window too.

Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

In 1994 it changed from a retirement home to a long term care facility. The first and second floors of one wing were renovated in 1997 to provide more space to meet the growing needs of the Centre.
