The main goal of the founders of the Squadron, the Delta Kiwanis Club, was to provide a location for young men and women to follow the footsteps of the more than 80,000 Air Cadets that came before them nationwide.
The Braefoot Community Association aims to enable youth to participate in activities that promote positive lifestyles which contribute to healthy communities. Our philosophy is that the more positive activities our youth are involved in, the less time they are exposed to potentially negative influences. Braefoot's efforts to enable and encourage youth to be more active will ultimately lead to healthier communities beyond just the physical benefits.Along with providing fantastic basketball and soccer summer camps since 1993, Braefoot partners with quality youth programs to maximize opportunities for youth participation
Founded by Cliff Power in 1998, Extreme Outreach Society began as a BBQ ministry to individuals with addictions, and has grown to include several outreach programs, all of which encourage healthy lifestyle choices. Participants can expect a positive, non-discriminatory environment where they are accepted, learn to build new relationships, learn about Jesus, and have lots of fun! Extreme Outreach Society is a local, non-profit ministry committed to improving the lives of children and families in the greater Victoria community. Our focus is children and families in need as well as the prevention of homelessness. We reach out 365 days a year to families and children from all walks of life in varied and unique ways.
