Went there in a panic, large brown spot on my butter yellow seats. It was dye transferred from a leaking sanitizer bottle in my brown leather purse!! He got the stain out quickly and perfectly. Wonderful experience, honest as he didn't claim it would come right out, just that he would try his best. Five stars from me for sure.
