Owner, Baker and Cake Designer Elisa Lattavo has been an avid baker and lover of all things sweet her whole life. In the fall of 2010, she enrolled at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts and Continuing Studies Program, where she learned the basic techniques to making extraordinary tasting cakes. Instantly, she loved it and it spiralled to many more classes and practice cakes to keep her skills up to date and to learn new ways to make your cakes exceptional in looks, and most importantly in taste. Elisa's cake designs have become more elaborate, fancy and fun. She loves perfecting her recipes and her friends and family enjoyed the taste testing. Four Corners Bakery opened just a couple weeks ago and the food has been consistently great. Fresh baked Danishes, croissants, cinnamon buns and much more, hot out of the oven each morning. They offer a regular breakfast menu with eggs, omelettes, pancakes and waffles.

Russ’ background in house renovations and Sherilyn’s experience working in a bakery have stood them well. They took possession of the premises on Sykes Street in January and within a month, they had equipped the kitchen area and converted the front half into a coffee shop where they serve soup and sandwiches, coffee and tea, and fresh baking five days a week - Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
