Mr Tire Auto Service Plus is my go to for any car issue. I'm a student in the area and they are always willing to help me and explain to me what is the best and most affordable option for my issue. They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. They are very reliable, responsible and never add on charges like some of those other auto shops. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. There have been improvements in tire offerings for the price. These guys keep it real and find issues when shortcomings exist. On our 98 Sierra, they spotted that the aftermarket wheels were missing hubcentric rings. They have gotten to the bottom of tire balance issues that other shops could not technically address. They are straight up and if there is an issue that they bring forward, you had best listen to them. I have a high performance sport sedan also and I would bring it to them also.

This was my second experience with Midtown Tire and will not be my last. As a driver who knows little about her car, I'm always anxious to do repairs because I'm never sure if I'm being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge.
