We will start out as a group for a dynamic warm up and then head out on a route that will enable everyone to get the workout they need while going the pace they desire. As this club is new we will roll with the format to make sure that no one is out alone and we can accommodate all paces. After the main set of the run has been completed we will return to the store for a group stretch session and you're on your way.
