Kirsten and Keiran met while working in the kitchen at the Opus Hotel, and the rest, they say, is history. Wanting to unite their skills and their love for good food, they opened The Sweet Spot in the fall of 2010. With Keiran's wealth of knowledge on the savoury side and Kirsten's years of experience with pastry, they wanted to create a unique and gourmet shop filled with quality products. Using local and organic ingredients when possible, they put care and pride into everything they do.
