I ordered cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday and they were incredible! They were so moist and full of flavor and they were stunning with the fondant art! La Rocca Creative Cakes was established in Canada in 1987, by our parents Lina and Harvey, continuing the family tradition. My brother Marty & I joined soon after.
Alessandra and her family came to Canada in 2002 from her former homeland of Brazil. When she arrived she took great pleasure in making cakes for her family and friends with flavours and consistencies reminiscent of her Brazilian heritage. It wasn't long before these unique and flavourful creations became a talking point and she found herself constantly busy and being called upon to make her famous cakes time and time again. Keeping up with the many requests became challenging, so changing her career and starting up her own business seemed to be a natural next step. In doing so she could indulge herself in working at something she loved to do, bake and create.
