It was my first experience at Escada, & I couldn't have been happier with the results. I got a cut& colour, and it turned out wonderfully. Their staff was exceptional, and their product are high quality. I'll be going to this salon regularly, as it is quite difficult finding just the right salon in the city. Dr. Arnold has taken very good care of me over the past 6 years. He takes a bonifide interest in resolving any health issues that I may have. I just hope he doesnt retire any time soon. Thank you Dr. Arnold. Regarding the staff I find they do their jobs efficiently and they do smile on occasion.
