One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Having recently had an awful experience at another local transmission shop, I was referred to Man-Mac by several customers of mine. Sandy and the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed and gave good advice. I sent a slightly panicked email inquiry and Sandy called me twice and booked me in on short notice - They even provided me transportation! I was absolutely delighted with the care, quality and timeliness of their work.. real attributes! They did an outstanding honest job and got it right the first time! Now my car is running better than ever and I have one HAPPY Chevelle! I took it in again shortly thereafter for a non-transmission related issue, and they went above and beyond to help me out when it wasn’t even a transmission problem. The price was quite fair and they provided warranties for my parts. I had the best experience and was a pleasure doing business with them – Is such a relief to know I can trust my car to Man-Mac! The professionalism and customer service was truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this company to anyone at all and will return without a doubt when needed!

Summit Medical Clinic has been a part of Kamloops since the early 1990s. Two young doctors moved from Logan Lake and set up a walk-in clinic at a strip mall on Summit Drive. The Clinic was open until 9:00pm and Walk-in clinics were on their way into Medical culture. Neither of the first two doctors practice at Summit Clinic today. In 1999 Summit Clinic moved down the hill to a new mall at 1380 Summit Drive where we have been for the past fifteen years. The Clinic is appreciated by the patients who are without a family doctor. In Kamloops, that is a large number. There are many patients whose Family Doctor is within the Clinic. Unfortunately none of the Doctors can take on new patients.
