If so, Transcona Christian Reformed Church is what you are looking for. At TCRC we find our purpose and identity in the good news of Jesus. The good news of Jesus gives us faith which can anchor us in a society with very little certainty. The good news of Jesus gives us hope that, no matter what bad news we may hear, we have a Saviour who is our comfort here and now and forever. The good news of Jesus shows us love that never fails. Love for God and love for our neighbour. If you want good news, join us at Transcona Christian Reformed Church as we celebrate and live out the good news as a community. We are located in a building that housed a grocery store for more than 40 years. Just as the carpenters and volunteers renovated a rundown building, recreating it into an attractive and useful facility, God can renovate and renew people, giving them a new lease on life in relationship with Him.We are ChristianWe believe in Jesus Christ.
We are followers of Jesus Christtogether growing in worship, prayer, community, service and discipleshipFRBC's Five PracticesWorship...Loving God with All our HeartWe worship God for who He is - His character and nature. We worship God for who He is to us - We love because He first loved us. We choose to long for, desire and worship God rather than all the other things in this world.Prayer...Conversations with GodPrayer is a two way conversation with God. We listen to Him and talk to Him about every aspect of our life, the lives of those around us, our churches life and the events around us.Service...Serving the Poor and Seeking JusticeGod loves those who are poor and sometimes forgotten by society. God also loves justice for those who have been treated wrongly. We want to demonstrate our love for those who are on God's heart in practical ways.Community...Loving our Brothers and Sisters in ChristAs part of the Body of Christ, brothers and sisters are called to love and serve one another.
